About this policy
This policy explains information handled on dash3y.com by the DASH3Y development team and provides an overview of the app being prepared for launch. We will update this page before introducing changes to services or data use.
Launch waitlist
With your consent, we store your email, form language, signup time and consent-text version to manage the waitlist and share DASH3Y launch news. Signing up is optional and is not required to browse the website. We do not sell the list. At this stage, no automatic email is sent and email ownership is not verified.
Contact requests
With your consent, our contact form stores your email, topic, message, language and submission time so we can review and handle your request. Please do not include passwords, identity documents or unnecessary information. We may request only what is necessary to verify your rights before disclosing or deleting data.
Analytics and security
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visits, pages, referrers, countries, device types and performance. The service does not use analytics cookies or fingerprinting to identify visitors. We separately count waitlist form submissions by day and language, without email or message content. This button count respects the browser’s Do Not Track signal. The website and Cloudflare process network data, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver the service and limit spam. We do not store IP addresses in waitlist or contact records.
Retention
Waitlist records are kept for up to 12 months from signup, contact requests for up to 6 months, and daily aggregate counts for up to 400 days. Expired records are checked and deleted daily. You can request earlier removal through the contact form. Provider backup copies may remain temporarily under the service’s retention cycle.
Service providers and access
Cloudflare provides website hosting, database storage and web analytics. DASH3Y website administrators can access records to manage the list and requests. Cloudflare may process or back up information outside your country. We use HTTPS and restrict database access to administrator accounts. Form entries are not publicly accessible.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may withdraw consent, leave the waitlist, request access, correction, deletion, restricted use or portability, or object to processing through our contact form. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before withdrawal. You may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee if you believe your information has been handled unlawfully.
Information in the DASH3Y app
The app is being prepared for launch. Bluetooth reads supported vehicle data; pairing information and keys are stored on the device. Location supports speed, maps and camera alerts. Trip records, saved routes and favorites stay on the phone and can be deleted in the app. Place searches and routing may send location or search terms to map providers. Camera updates contact the server. If you submit a camera report, its coordinates, camera type and your notes may be sent to the service for review.
Optional app services
If the version you use enables accounts, cloud vehicle connections, in-app purchases or rewarded ads, those services may process additional account, vehicle, transaction or device information through relevant providers, including Tesla, Apple and Google, depending on the feature you choose. Release-specific details and consent choices will be provided before use. Joining the website waitlist does not activate these services.
